Skill Why

Due to our country India being a country with a large population, the common people here have a lot of lack of education, employment, and other life-useful means. Educating and providing employment to the entire people of our nation is the first duty of every nation, but when the population is more and other resources are less, then the only way is to make them self-dependent through the skill development of the youth who are in need. So Shubham has opened various types of skill training centers for a large number of unemployed people in society since 1998 and reached his service to about 220,000 people through their skill development.

OUR MISSION

FUTURE GOAL

India is a country inhabited by villages and a self-reliant India cannot be imagined without making the village completely self-reliant. From the point of view of natural wealth, India is a very rich country in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry. The history of Indian agriculture is almost as ancient as that of India. But despite this, small farmers of India today are confused due to not getting the right direction and are in trouble. By the way, the Government of India is seriously moving towards making them self-dependent through various government schemes.
Therefore, Shubham believes that for the progress of India, every non-government organization should come forward with its life for the government schemes to reach the small farmers of India in the right direction and Shubham is trying for this through various schemes.
We believe that three things need to be kept in mind while planning for self-reliance. One, the density of the population living in that area secondly the agricultural production in that area and thirdly the structure of water conservation, keeping in mind the plan needs to be implemented.
First of all, the basic needs of a person are food and water, so food security should be maintained in sufficient quantity for a period of at least one year. Water conservation at the time of rain i.e. take out the water from the stomach of the earth and put it in the stomach of the earth at the time of rain, the food of the village - water in the village, the food of the block, the water in the block and the food of the district - water accessible in the district should remain.
