President’s Message

Dear Friends,

Our Commitment — Clean Earth, Healthy Women

I believe that when a woman rises with dignity, the whole community rises with her. Our mission is simple but powerful — to protect women’s health, safeguard our environment, and create opportunities for women to stand on their own feet.

By 2030, we are committed to reaching 1 million women with reusable sanitary pads — not just as a product, but as a movement for dignity, sustainability, and empowerment.

Every reusable pad means less waste on our Earth, better health for women, and more savings for families. A single woman can save ₹3,000–₹4,000 in just three years, and together this small change can create a collective saving of ₹300–400 crore — money that stays with families instead of being thrown away as waste.

This mission is also about livelihoods. Through this initiative, 400 women will gain meaningful employment, producing nearly 4 million reusable pads and moving toward financial independence as proud Lakhpati Women. These women are not just workers — they are changemakers who will inspire healthier and more sustainable communities.

At the same time, we are protecting our planet. By switching to reusable pads, we can reduce nearly 2,000 tons of menstrual waste every year, helping create a cleaner and safer environment for future generations.

But beyond the numbers, this mission is about something deeper — health, dignity, and confidence. With safer menstrual practices, women experience fewer rashes and infections, better hygiene, and the confidence to live their lives without fear or shame.

This is more than a project.
This is more than a product.

This is a people’s movement.

A movement where:

  • Women become healthier

  • Families become stronger

  • Women become financially independent

  • And the Earth becomes cleaner

Together, we are building a future where no woman has to choose between health and affordability, and where sustainability becomes a way of life.

Clean Earth. Healthy Women. Empowered Future.

With commitment and hope
Pushpa Bajaj
