SHUBHAM – Together for Change In 1998, Mrs. Pushpa Bajaj founded SHUBHAM with just six children at her residence.
Today, after more than two decades of committed service, SHUBHAM has grown into a movement addressing some of the most pressing
challenges faced by Indian society. Guided by the timeless words of Sri Sri Thakur Anukul Chandra —
“Know this for certain: you are responsible for the present and future—of yourself, your family, your environment, and your country.” We
believe that lasting change begins with collective responsibility. Even the smallest act of compassion can create
ripple of transformation.
🌍 Our Vision A cleaner environment and economically empowered rural women. 🎯 Our Mission To train and empower rural women to
manufacture and market Reusable Sanitary Pads, reduce menstrual waste, and build sustainable livelihoods –
transforming them into Lakhpati Didis.
📌 Our Model We establish 25–30 women clusters in each district with defined roles:
